Patient had severe headaches and neck pain. We established her correct bite relation with the neuromuscular method of bite measurement. After a few short weeks in an appliance made to her correct physiologic bite, her headaches were gone. We then restored her entire upper arch with all-porcelain Empress crowns to finish the case with beautiful results.
