‍Dr. Randi Green graduated first in her class from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2009.

In addition to being the top dentist in her class with Summa Cum Laude honors, she was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary National Dental Society and is a Thomas P. Hinman Dental Scholar. She then completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry where she learned the latest dental techniques available to cosmetic dentists.

‍Meghan loves dogs as much as people, and she enjoys being a part of her patient's journeys to optimal health. After watching her mom, Meghan pursued a career in the dental field, who is also a registered dental hygienist. Following her mother's footsteps, she knew that caring for dental patients was something she would enjoy doing.

She graduated from the OTC Dental Hygiene program in 2012, followed by completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Drury University in 2014.

She loves learning and is constantly researching ways to help her patients by taking advanced continuing education courses to increase her knowledge.

Meghan enjoys using her education to make beautiful, healthy smiles for her patients and has a soft spot for her four-legged friends.

Olivia is a certified yoga instructor and is passionate about connecting with people and helping them understand the connection between the mouth and body. Namaste.

She is known for her positive and encouraging spirit and seeks to help each patient have the best dental experience possible.  

Olivia achieved degrees in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene through OTC. She also attended Missouri State University, where she studied molecular biology. Olivia continues growing her knowledge and love of dentistry through continuing education and advanced alongside Dr. Randi Green and the smile team.

Rene attended OTC where she graduated with her associate’s in interdepartmental studies. During school, Rene started her career in the dental field. She is one of our friendly smile team members that will help make your dental experience with our office one that you will never forget.

Rene will walk with you through your new patient experience and will help make your dental treatment affordable. Rene has a passion for health and fitness and she is aware of how oral health plays a huge role in your overall health.

She is passionate about mouth-body wellness and wants to help you achieve your dental goals.

Chief Patient Experience

Kristain’s passion is building relationships with her patients and utilizing her experience to help them discover a beautiful, healthier, pain-free smile. In addition, she is committed to making her patients feel at home and comfortable during each visit.

Kristain earned her dental assisting certificate in 2003 from OTC and her Expanded Functions Assisting certificates in Restorative and Prosthodontics. She has been in dentistry for over 20 years.

Kristain loves to laugh, craft, read and learn new techniques, all to better serve her guests and patients with Dr. Green.

Amanda is a busy mom of four who knows the importance of balancing family life with her passion for health and fitness. With over 17 years of experience in the dental field, she's a seasoned professional dedicated to helping patients achieve their dental goals.

Amanda loves spending quality time with her family, baking together, or enjoying the outdoors. Her friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for meeting new people make her an invaluable smile team member.

Amanda will guide you through your new patient experience. She will help you understand financial and insurance-based options, ensuring your journey toward oral health is memorable. She believes in the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being and supports mouth-body wellness.

Daniel's background is rooted in experience design and visual design including working for marketing and advertising firms from small boutique shops up to one of the largest employee-owned advertising agencies in the United States.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Arkansas State University. After university, he built 15 years of experience in all things related to strategy, visual design, and digital marketing.

Meet Remy, our beautiful golden retriever from Calico Kennels in Arkansas! As he transitions from a playful puppy to a curious teenager, Remy loves greeting and meeting new patients as our office dog. His cheerful presence creates opportunities for joy and connection, making every visit to our office a little brighter.

As our Chief Barketing Officer, it's Remy's duty to be lovable and pettable, helping to ease the fears and anxiety often associated with dental visits. With Remy around, you can expect a warm, furry welcome that makes your dental experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
